Rebekah has over 6 years experience working with children with disabilities and their families. She adopts a neuro-affirming and strengths based therapeutic style. Depending on the age of the child, it is common that parents will be encouraged to be part of the therapeutic sessions to support the acquisition of skills between sessions. Rebekah also has extensive experience supporting families and children with behaviour support services for behaviours of concern.

Adult Therapy

Rebekah has worked within adult mental health field for nearly 10 years. Her integrated therapeutic approach includes drawing from evidenced based interventions including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Schema Therapy. Rebekah is EMDR trained (Level 1) and has eating disorder accreditation with the ANZAED. Please note Rebekah only takes on a handful of adults as children are prioritised.
